Inside our kitchen, Head Chef Daniel is always busy creating incredible dishes, from our home grown produce.

Daniel has taken the last year and a half to master both bread, and pastry in two separate courses, in order to bring these new options to the Three Horseshoes Thursley.

Daniel has always frequently changed the menu to support the locally grown produce, so it’s lovely to see him compliment the produce by making pastry shells and bread for our steak sandwiches.
