Throughout the month of September we will be serving a number of Italian dishes paired with Italian wines!
Documented in Thursley Parish Magazine each month are the results of wine tasting sessions with our resident Master of Wine. Michelle & Daniel of The Three Horseshoes pick two or more of the wines reviewed and create new specials to accompany them. (When in the pub do ask for a copy of the article & read all about the wines!)
Choose from delicious specials such as Southern Italian Seafood Risotto with a White Nord Est, Vermentino di Sardegna or Slow Braised Beef Cheek Ragu with Red Surani Costarossa, Primitivo di Maduria. (See Menu page)
